This is still usually the case. I believed both worlds should blend together, as looking good is so much about feeling good. Providing a ritualistic approach to treatment laced with touch therapy, aromatherapy, stress relief, massage, pressure point release, lymphatic drainage, sound therapy and more all set in ambient and comfortable surrounds, whilst incorporating cutting edge technology, professional processes, results driven applications and machinery. Along with a bespoke skin changing home care routine and skin advice you are equipped with rituals to incorporate into day-to-day life that can take as little as a minute a day but reset the mind, body and skin.
OUR CONSULTATION POINT OF DIFFERENCE
No one is the same…. and that goes for skin! We have our own genetic blueprint that gives way to our skin type. Each skin type has its pros that we should support and encourage at the same time the cons of each skin type can be counteracted with care. The skins conditions are determined by diet, hormones, work environment, stress levels, product used, and the temperature of your shower amongst a myriad of other contributors. The Vigour Facial Clinic consultation evolved when I could see the frustration of clients getting a facial done and then within a week or so the skin going back to its original state. With my form of consult we go over how to get the best out of your skin type long term; how to encourage the skin where it’s weakest and pinpoint the culprits that are responsible for some of those pesky recurring skin conditions, so that we can banish them once and for all, for your healthiest skin yet. At the same time putting the pieces of the puzzle together to get the big picture behind what creates your individual skin enable us to create the ultimate in completely customised, bespoke treatment and personalised service… Just for you. APPOINTMENT STRUCTURE & A SILENT SPACE.
The appointments are structured into 2 hour slots. For existing clients there is approximately 20 minutes of consultation included in this slot preceding each treatment. This allows for us to best support your skin health journey by revising (or updating as needed) internals, home care and topical rituals. This time can also be used for colour matching or tips and tricks using our Australian organic skin care range, to go over home care rituals and techniques including facial yoga, facial massage, lymphatic drainage work or ‘other’ as well as providing time to chat. We then head into 1hr 30 minutes of pure treatment time. The treatment time is a silent space as it’s designed to provide a truly immersive experience offering the opportunity for wellbeing and revitilisation through a escape that’s laced with massage components, pressure point release, stress relief techniques, aromatherapy, sound therapy and more. Although our Signature style of treatment is focused on delivering a mulit layered professional level of applications and processes it’s also so much about feeling good as that is also a huge part of the puzzle in regards to us looking our best. That’s why we offer this specialised wholistic approach. Although treatment time is a silent space at any time during treatment if you need to communicate in regards to your or your skins comfort please always do so. There is a 10 minute window to allow for your arrival and change time.
All bookings are structured this way and are offered at $320. There are a few exceptions to this including new clients requiring longer consultation time which is usually 45mins to 1hr. Also with some particular treatments we offer including Cosmelan, Collagen Induction Therapy, Courses of peeling, hand and neck/chest treatements etc in which both time frames and prices vary.
For Under 18’s there is a emphasis on education and creating understanding and confidence in caring for their skin. For new under 18 clients 2 hours is still set aside with approx 1hr for treatment time offered at $220. For existing under 18s there is a 90 minute slot booked with with approx 20 minutes of consultation time and a 1hr treatment which is offered at $195.

Collagen Induction Therapy
Collagen Induction Therapy is a dermal therapy creating the strongest most youthful form of collagen, type 1 and 3. These fibres are like the scaffolding to your skin, creating new structure, density and firmness. A matrix of new healthy plump cells, youthful growth hormone and collagen is produced as controlled micro wounds are inflicted onto the skin. It’s not only the quickened healing process that benefits the skin along with its new matrix of cells but the channels that are opened allowing for professional product application to work 200% more effectively. The skins natural hydration is also increased as the cells liquids are leaked into the intercellular spaces whilst the skin is instructed to produce more of its own hydration.
Pore size and fine lines are minimised, scarring reduced, sensitive skin strengthened and thickened, capillary damage reduced, skin is brightened, plumped and more youthful.
The initial healing process is complete by around week 6. After a course of treatment some of the dermal processes will stay active for up to a year or so and true skin change will be present for up to 2 or so years.
A specialised home care routine is administered including calm and sooth infusion to use throughout the course as well as a home roller (domestic use needling apparatus) and collagen gel to utilse post course.

It’s great to map out the plan 6 months at a time for a few different reasons. We can work around and towards special events, seasons and to be honest… most importantly to have your treatments in your diary.
