Vigour Points is a way of saying thank you to our loyal customers. Based on our clients yearly orders we allocate them into different levels of membership. Whether you have just created an account or are on our top tier level, there are points and benefits to be enjoyed!

There are many ways to earn points. Creating and account, referring friends, sharing images and reviews of your results, getting social, not to mention earning up to 2 points per dollar spent in our online store. Please refer to above for more details.
You can redeem your Vigour Points when purchasing items from our online store. Simply use your points at time of purchase to give you discounts
Your Vigour points do not expire
There is no limit on the amount of points you can earn. Once you pass level bench marks your points per dollar start multiplying to earn you even more points on your orders.
Levels are calculated based on your 12-month spend. First level is unlocked on creation of your account. You earn 1 point per $1 spent. Level 2 (Silver level) is unlocked once you have spent $500 in a 12 month period. Here you receive 1.5 points per $1 spent. Level 3 (Gold Level) is unlocked once you have spent $1200 in a 12-month period. Gold level members receive 2 points per $1 spent. Along with the points multiplied, higher levels receive other perks such as free express postage, notification of new offers first, generous birthday gifts along with other freebies.
Your level is based on a 12 month spend. Our program calculates your yearly spend and adjusts your level accordingly.

It up to 30 days for points to appear in your account. Points earned need to be verified therefore cannot be redeemed until they appear in your account. Once they appear they are ready to use towards online purchases.
If for any reason you want to leave the program, please email us at hello@vigourskintherapy.com.au and ask to be removed. Please bear in mind that cancelling your membership means forfeiting any points you have.
Re-joining is free and simple to do. You will however not be able to recover and points you had on your previous membership. Click here if you want to be taken to our login page
