Scalp & Hair Warm Oil Treatment
Deliciously rich, warmed organic Australian Almond oil drips down in a steady stream… running over the scalp and into the hair. It is then massaged through the lengths of the hair and a decadent scalp massage is performed. The oils are locked into the hair restoring lustre and leaving it nourished. The scalp is balanced, senses stimulated and stress eased.
Signature Body Treatment
The Signature Body treatment is a decadent immersive sensory journey. Indulge in this multi layered therapy, initiated with a invigorating body brushing sequence to stimulate the lymphatics and perform the initial level of exfoliation. Warmed Organic Almond Oil is then poured onto the skin and infused via a relaxation massage sequence. Next, a Organic sugar scrub laced with Orange, Ylang Ylang & Australian Sandalwood is manipulated into the tissue providing a deep level of exfoliation whilst feeding the skin with nourishment. Exfoliation mits soaked in warm water and the Jasmin infused Alkalising cleanser is worked over the body for the third level of exfoliation, to dissolve the grains and to make a glycolic based brightening humectant creating bright smooth skin. Warm towels are pressed in to remove the excess and a rich Antioxidant Sure Infusion blends with our Collagen & Sea buckthorn Oil skin Drink to make the perfect wrap application. Whilst you are wrapped in a thermal blanket allowing your skin to soak up the goodness you’ll enjoy a scalp massage and facial pressure points. The experience comes to a close with vibration and sound from the crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, to awaken and center you.
Integrative Lymphatic Drainage (IDL)
IDL massage is a holistic approach to lymphatic drainage that combines manual techniques with aromatherapy, breathwork and abdominal massage to promote detoxification, reduce inflammation and swelling, increase immune function, skin health and improve over all wellbeing. It a provides a gentle, stress reliving treatment whilst addressing the interconnectedness of of the mind and body. There is fascia work throughout the treatment allowing for the added benefit of connective tissue, releasing tension. The experience comes to a close with vibration and sound from the crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, to awaken and center you.
Massage Therapy
Allow yourself time to rest, release, reset and rejuvenate within a ambient and peaceful space. Premium skin nourishing oils and experienced techniques deliver a beautiful restorative treatment. A consulation is always carried out prior to treatment to individulise the massage and ensure that you are treated with care. Muscular tension is eased, circulation increased and a sense of overall wellbeing induced to soft sounds and heated bed (if desired). The experience comes to a close with vibration and sound from the crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, to awaken and center you.
Detox Body Treatment
Body brushing precedes a detoxifying aromatherapy oil blend infused via lymphatic drainage techniques. A Australian green mud clay is applied and whilst it does it’s work under a thermal blanket you’ll enjoy a scalp massage and facial pressure points lymphatic drainage massage. A candlelit shower awaits you as you wash away the clay. A customised detox cream is left for you to apply to feed the freshly revealed skin and to continue the process.
Hydration & Brightening Body Treatment
Body brushing precedes a deeply hydrating and brightening serum complex application.
A rich Antioxidant Sure Infusion blends with our Collagen & Sea buckthorn Oil skin Drink to make the perfect wrap application. Whilst you are wrapped in a thermal blanket allowing your skin to soak up the goodness you’ll enjoy a scalp massage, facial pressure points and qigong hydration infusion. The blanket is removed and the remaining product is massaged into the skin.
Body Exfoliation
Body brushing precedes our enzymatic, hydrating and brightening exfoliation application that will be massage into each area whilst you enjoy soft sounds and the heated and thermal blanket. A candlelit shower awaits you to wash away dead dull skin revealing a soft illuminated tissue. You are left a Native antioxidant rich lotion to apply to the freshly revealed skin or you can add on a Detox or Hydration & Bright Body treatment and head back into the treatment room for the next phase and more relaxation.
Classic Manicure
The classic manicure treats the cuticles and nails with care. Length and shape are attended to as well as meticulous cuticle care. The nail plate is gentle exfoliated, NO DRILLS! and fed with vitamins before being adorned with your choice of nail strengthener or traditional polish. Add $20 for Bio Sculpture gel application. A beautiful hand massage infuses our nutrient dense antioxidant rich cream application and cuticles are fed a nourishing oil complex.
Deluxe Manicure
The Deluxe Manicure adds another element of care with the addition of a enzymatic hand and arm exfoliation, aromatherapy infused warm towels, brightening and hydrating serum application and an extended hand and arm massage infusing our nutrient dense antioxidant rich cream application + cuticles are fed a nourishing oil complex. all along side the classic fundamentals of cuticle and nail care. Length and shape are attended to as well as meticulous cuticle care. The nail plate is gentle exfoliated, NO DRILLS! and fed with vitamins before being adorned with your choice of nail strengthener or traditional polish. Add $20 for Bio Sculpture gel application.
Removal
Proper care is taken to remove previous gel or acrylic applications whilst keeping nail health in mind NO DRILLS! The nails will then be fed a vitamin infusion, nail strengthener is applied followed by a cuticle complex oil . $30 when performed prior to our manicure &/or Bio Sculpture gel applications.
Bio Sculpture Gel Colour application
Bio Sculpture Gel is the ultimate healthy alternative to other gel and acrylic applications, strengthening and protecting the nail whilst promoting nails growth with no nasty chemicals or toxins. We also take our nail services that one step further down the nail health path by using gentle traditional techniques and never any drills!

Signature HD Brows
HD Brows is all about creating bespoke brows that are totally tailored to you and your style. we have undergone intensive training to obtain the epitome in skills and techniques to create beautiful brows. The signature treatment includes an in depth consultation to obtain a deep understanding of what you want to achieve and to examine your hair type, growth patterns and skin. We then go into hair removal and expert shaping. Trimming is performed if required and a custom blended tint is applied to coat the hairs and give a dimension of depth, more fullness and to express the newly created shape. Add $10 for longer lasting hybrid dye application. A natural soothing cream is applied. You are then shown some tips to keep your brows looking fresh between appointments.
LVL Lash Lift & Tint
The most hydrating lash lift, keeping lash health in tact. LVL means that length, volume and lift are created + simultaneously, vitamins, collagen and hydration are infused. We then tint the lashes to further nourish and to maximise the lashes newly acquired attributes ;).
Brow Sculpt Lamination
BrowSculpt is a brow lamination with the HD brows advantage. Like all HD techniques we are all about customising your look. The Browsculpt can be used to traditionally create lift making for thicker fuller looking brows with the magic of using your own hairs. A great microblading alternative. This treatment can also be used to tame unruly hairs that wont behave or to target parts of the brow that could benefit from repositioned hairs to allow for gap correction or better shape creation and symmetry. The brows are tinted and hair removal, trimming if required and shaping are included to complete the process for perfectly treated brows. Add $10 for our longer lasting hybrid dye instead of traditional tint.

Enjoy a scalp massage whilst our premium tints go to work on creating intensified lashes that will appear longer as the base to tip is dyed.

Every facial is initiated with a in depth consultation and skin analysis process, to join the dots and get the big picture behind your skin. Connecting you with the optimum course of treatment to create your healthiest and happiest skin. No one is the same…. and that goes for skin! We have our own genetic blueprint that gives way to our skin type. Each skin type has its pros that we should support and encourage at the same time the cons of each skin type can be counteracted with care. The skins conditions are determined by diet, hormones, work environment, stress levels, product used, and the temperature of your shower amongst a myriad of other contributors.
Skin Health Programs.
To quite literally create your healthiest skin yet and achieve forever lasting results! Using applications and treatments that shift with the seasons, your life…. and most importantly your skin as it changes through time, hormones and everything else! programs are available. An accumulative effect is in progress when we work on your skin in this way allowing it to get truly healthier and better over time. The programs include monthly to 6 weekly in salon treatment, home care applications, lifestyle advice, wellbeing rituals and skin boosting intensive courses or more intensive one off treatments once to twice throughout the year. I always put my clients skin and wellbeing into the best possible condition whenever they are able to come in…. but mapping out your skin health actions and goals to achieve the ultimate results long term and managing those results to keep the skin at its best is where it’s at. This is part of what makes the Vigour Skin Therapy experience special and skin changing for life.
It’s great to map out the plan 6 months at a time for a few different reasons. We can work around and towards special events, seasons and to be honest… most importantly to have your treatments in your diary. I know if I don’t book in appointments it can go 6 months or more before I get in to make time for myself again. If you pre book, you are a priority and everything else gets worked around you. Ahhh a nice change and a great life hack.
